Overview
IT Support Analyst | Legal Sector | Central London | Permanent | £45,000 Currently working with a high end boutique law firm in central london who are looking for an IT Support Analyst who has 1st/2nd and most importantly 3rd line support experience. The candidate would be working hand in hand and reporting directly in to the Head of IT and will thus be granted a lot of exposure to the firm as a whole. The candidate should have great server side experience also and have some familiarisation with networking experience - patching and knowledge of DNS/DHCP. The ideal candidate would have experience with legal software: Digital Dictation (BigHand), CRM, Lawman (DMS) as these skills are highly desirable. They will be responsible for carrying out approved updates on servers, reporting on and escalating any server issues and also assisting with testing of DR failover. Key Skills needed: - 1st to 3rd line support experience - Legal Sector experience desirable - Networking Experience - patching - Experience with legal software; Bighand, CRM, DMS - Great stakeholder engagement - Great communication
