Overview
The Business Review Centre completes remediation programmes of current and historic, products and services provided by our bank’s sale force. Reviewing situations which may have resulted in customers not receiving correct outcomes, puts them right and helps to reduce the risk of them happening again, it also addresses gaps in customer due diligence or prevention of financial crime information. The fair treatment of our customers is at the heart of everything we do, both personally and as an organisation. Start date: April 2020 Duration: 6 months Payrate: £13.13 per hour Working hours: Full time (35h per week) 4:30pm - 11:00pm. You will be required to work 5 days a week between Mon-Fri on various shift patterns. Address: Redcliff Quay, 120 Redcliff Street, Bristol, BS1 6HU Role description To undertake general administration tasks and to seek to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. To successfully handle all customer telephone calls to ensure they are directed to the right department, their queries are answered immediately or a message is taken. Responsibilities: Dealing with customer telephone calls and apply all data security best practices throughout the day. Post, Scanning and Indexing. Monitoring of the work queue/task allocated to them and processing within time scales specified by procedures, regulatory requirements and service level agreements. Maintaining critical data, updating spreadsheets and databases. Managing relationships with both internal and external customers in connection with work flow and the movement and safe storage of data. To adhere to all internal processes and procedures. Skills: Ability to communicate at all levels with confidence. Good verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail required at all times.
