Our service provides care and support to clients such as vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs in supported living, extra care and private dwellings. This role will involve a mixture of day shifts and night shifts on both weekdays and weekends. As a Health & Social Care Worker you'll; Support clients to undertake all aspects of daily living Promote Independence Visit clients in their own homes or an extra care scheme to deliver personal care (help with washing and dressing), Assist with meal preparation, Deliver medication, Provide compassion. Maintain accurate records and report any concerns to the office. Requirements for this role: It is essential that you have at least 6 months previous professional Social Care experience - such as working as a Carer, Care Assistant, Support Worker, Community Care It is desirable that you can drive and have access to a vehicle so you can travel to the surrounding areas of Conwy County kind, caring and patient individuals and are able to work alone and as part of a team.
