Overview
eCommerce Manager Location: Shrewsbury Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Position: Permanent We have an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Manager to join a large manufacturing company based in Shrewsbury. As the eCommerce Manager, you will immerse yourself in all aspects of product, category and brand, working closely with your team and all internal departments to deliver the required KPIs. This is an exciting opportunity accountable for maximising the commercial performance of the website, optimising product, pricing and promotions to secure results. Assisting the CCO B2C Director you will be fully conversant with digital strategy, paid media campaigns, conversion rate optimisation and Google Analytics. Knowledge of digital marketing and eCommerce is a must, as is the passion and flair for building a strong online brand. This is a newly created position due to growth. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: - Commercially responsible for achieving related KPIs - Responsible for setting up and managing annual budgets of revenue, margin and KPIs for the UK and Irish web shops - Maximise team performance - Monitor progression of your own short-term and long-term strategy - Ensure online brand perception is measured efficiently - Responsible for efficient web shop value chain Qualifications and Education Requirements: - An experienced eCommerce Manager who has a proven record of growing online sales and driving revenue within a similar B2C business - Degree in Marketing Management, eCommerce, Business, or similar - Strong influencing skills to create the right business partnerships - Have an inquisitive mindset, and able to investigate how shopper's needs & behaviours are evolving - A proactive approach to operate internally (UK, IE Sector) & externally to build the right relationships & networks - Ability to take a broad & balanced viewpoint, focused on growing overall business, not just digital revenue - Ability to create new & sustainable operating models to shape future business - Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease - Excellent written and verbal skills and be a proven people manager.
