Marketing Manager Newton Aycliffe £Competitive Salary Our client has an opportunity for an experienced and objective-driven marketer to manage and develop the marketing function, establishing a strategic plan to ensure brand awareness. You will lead the growth of their digital marketing and develop e-commerce activities to drive the business online and enhance their digital branding. In this hands-on role, you will use your expert marketing knowledge to review successes in the market and be responsible for not only promoting the business online but drive the direction of new initiatives and projects. You will monitor competitors' activity in the market and analyse data to help set the strategic objectives with a focused delivery in B2C. You will work closely with the UK media and PR agencies and develop a good working relationship, demonstrating your exceptional skills to create a robust marketing plan. A strong leader, you will manage the marketing team and encourage individuals to promote the brand using a multitude of media sources. Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline, you will have a successful background in a similar role with strong knowledge of B2C marketing. Confident in your approach and an expert in your field, you will have developed strong experience of developing strategic plans and will have an excellent understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing, including SEO, PPC and social media.
