Email Marketing Manager

Roar Ambition is an international fitness brand based in Leeds. We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Content Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing development of our eCRM programme. You will also be responsible for the planning and execution of the company email marketing strategy across our brands and other external websites. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with experience in these areas who is looking to gain further hands-on experience and work to shape our email strategy. The idea candidate will maintain our current output, look for opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to further increase channel performance. Key responsibilities: · Develop and co-ordinate our email marketing campaigns · Devise and maintain the email campaign plan · Devise email acquisition strategies · Focus on customer retention and lifetime value strategies · Actively use reporting, analysis and insight to develop and optimize campaigns · Suggest ideas for content, requesting copy, design, video assets and more from the internal teams Essential Experience: · Experience in an Email Marketing role with a proven track record of success · Experience in the day-to-day use of email marketing tool such as Dot Digital (Dot Mailer) · Experience of using GoogleAnalytics for customer insight · Working within a global marketplace and understanding the differences between territories (USA, UK, AU, EU, ROW) · Strong communication skills · Must have a strong B2C background The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast paced and changeable environment. The role is perfect for someone who wants to shape the channel for the business to maximise its potential. You’ll have strong commercial acumen, great analytical skill and use this data to inform your strategic ideas. You’ll need the ability to work across teams, be highly self-motivated and not phased working under pressure. A team player with excellent communication skills, you must be self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work under pressure.
