Overview
General Manager Scotland £40,000 - £45,000 Bonus Our client is one of the UK's largest Hire companies and they are looking for a confident and experienced General Manager. As General Manager, you will be responsible for driving the day to day growth of your business - through building relationships internally and externally. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the branch and your team and nurtured and developed to maximise their potential. Your focus will be on the ability to directly influence the outcome of your depot, visit major accounts and build rapport. Taking accountability for results, involvement in budgeting and full Profit & Loss responsibility; you will own the bottom line. Managing operational activities within this brilliant depot, the role is varied and challenging, so being operationally and sales minded is essential.
