Company description: Sales Manager Global Manufacturing Company Grow New & Existing Accounts across Scotland Experienced in Sheeting, Tubular Film, Stretched Wrap, Collation Shrink etc… Be responsible for maximising sales potential by compiling and executing growth plans. Job description: THE COMPANY As a Global leader in their industry this organisation have innovative ideas and products that assist in nearly every industry- construction, packaging, horticulture, waste management and the list goes on. Having been developing new products since starting in 1800’s this company are now in 23 countries across the globe. THE ROLE With your understanding of manufacturing capabilities you’ll work closely with new customers and existing accounts to achieve their business goals. You’re day to day will look like: Promote products to both established and prospective customers Create strong relationships with customers by working closely with them to understand their needs and future aspirations Establish and develop relationships with the manufacturing sites to help promote awareness in market trends whilst understanding their manufacturing capabilities Keep business informed by supplying customer reports and competition analysis Work with colleagues to resolve customer complaints Domestic travel expected Profile description: YOUR SKILLS To be considered you will need; A strong background in manufacturing sales Printed and plain sheeting, tubular film, 25kg sacks Stretch hoods, shrink hoods- construction Brick & Block Pallet Stretch wrap- industrial and white goods Printed and plain collation shrink – food and drink Industry Lamination films-Food Lidding Pharmaceutical Films Bubble Wrap Films Plain liners- IBCs and foods Excellent communication skills both written and verbal A technical sales aptitude The ability to prospect for your own leads as well as cultivate leads from marketing and other sources to consistently fill the sales pipeline Effective at building relationships with new prospects and existing customers Team spirited IN RETURN If successful you’ll be working for a global organisation who take great pride in their products and staff, there are additional employee benefits on top of the base salary of up to £50K comms.
