Account Director (Healthcare) – South-West – To £50k This progressive healthcare specialist agency in the South-West is a special place to work. The agency is on a huge upward trajectory and as a result is looking for an Account Director with healthcare experience to become the agency’s second most senior suit. The agency This pure healthcare advertising and marketing agency works with brands that help people overcome life’s trickiest hurdles, turning the science behind their innovations into simple, compelling creative communications. The Account Director role Focusing on a portfolio of client accounts across the pharma and medical device space, you will manage the operational and strategic aspects of multiple client accounts, delivering above client expectations to agreed briefs and sets of objectives. Reporting into the Client Services Director, you will also manage a Senior Account Manager and two Account Managers. Trips to meet clients in Geneva will also feature as will the potential to work from some of your client’s offices. The flexibility to work from home is also available. You Energetic, enthusiastic and proactive with the desire to convert new client enquiries, manage projects and drive ongoing accounts Professional, well-mannered and friendly, with a love of face-to-face meetings even with the most demanding clients Someone who thrives on responsibility The ability to cross-sell services to existing clients Extremely detail orientated and organised Strong presentation skills Experience required A minimum of five years experience Robust experience across the healthcare sector A track record in building and growing strong relationships with clients demonstrating executional excellence when delivering projects Ability to build a strong and robust delivery team as well as recognising opportunities for development and growth Salary and benefits Competitive salary to £50k 25 days’ holiday (excluding Bank Holidays and the agency’s Christmas shutdown) Christmas and Summer parties Monday to Thursday 9 – 5.30pm and Friday 9 – 5pm Pension scheme If you are an Account Director with healthcare experience and would love to join one of the South West’s most progressive agencies, please do get in touch.
