Overview

We currently have a vacancy for a driven property expert to take up a consultancy role within the company. The ideal person will be experienced in the development sector and be able to do valuation appraisals, put together marketing material and be confident in advisory conversations. Essentially a sales position with some aspect technical/planning/valuation aspects the role would suit an ambitious courteous conversant individual with a proven record of achievement in education and communications. Some weekend work would be involved and tremendous commission rates are available way outside the market norm. Salary: £30 - £60 D.O.E. Permanent Role
