How you expect the candidate to spend their day: You’ll be working within our Operations Department and will be responsible for providing administrative support You’ll use your exceptional Customer Service ability to make sure that the management of Sales Orders are dealt with efficiently and will work with the Operations team on all matters relating to supply chain, inventory and sales order processing You’ll liaise with the Commercial Team, and the UK and USA warehouse to ensure that all orders are prepared and dispatched for all retailer orders You’ll be working through internal and external sales order processing queries to ensure a satisfactory response is provided You’ll deal with a wide variety of tasks including Stock Control, Purchase Order Management, Supplier Management, Operations and Sales Order Management You’ll be working within Supply Chain, Warehousing and Purchasing The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications: Friendly and outgoing personality with a can do attitude Confidence to work with other teams Positive attitude Quick learner on processes An individual with initiative & common sense to resolve queries Quick and accurate at processing orders is key What are the perks of working at this company?
