Overview
Our clients, a well established property business, are seeking a Sales Progressor to work within their busy aftersales division. The position will involve progressing off plan sales to exchange and completion and requires a driven and enthusiastic candidate with strong customer services and organisational skills. To be considered for the position, our clients require a candidate with at least 6 months experience in sales progression, either within new build or residential sales. Key Tasks include: Progressing Sales from reservation to completion Updating all parties in conveyancing matters Building Strong relationships with Clients, Developers and Solicitors In return our clients offer a basic salary of £18,000, on target earnings of £28,000 - £30,000. Company Pension, Healthcare (after qualifying period). Monday to Friday 9.30 - 6 with 30 minute lunch break.
