Overview

Are you a FM Project Manager looking for an interim opportunity working on a varied and challenging portfolio? If you are a Project Manager looking to work for a leading FM Service provider across a portfolio of great PFI sites in the North West then this could be a great opportunity for you.

Initially the role will be working on an interim basis for 3 Months. But the great news is that the initial works will get you past Christmas with a further opportunity for the role to become permanent in the New Year. This could lead to a great start to 2020.

The role:

As project manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing lifecycle maintenance projects along with the occasional replacement/upgrade project. The project is covering 8 PFI sites across the North West and you will work closely with the Project & Maintenance teams and capital plant replacement work, with you taking ownership of the project from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing the budget for the projects alongside the health & safety of the team in your charge

Being as this is an immediate requirement, the company are looking for someone highly driven, with the skills and experience to manage a variety of lifecycle maintenance projects within the FM sector.

What you’ll need:

Experience project managing and quoting small works (up to £500,000), within the M&E sector
A technical qualifications preferably at HNC level, equivalent or higher
A thorough knowledge of M&E plant including commercial boilers, chillers, air conditioning as well as fabric
Experience of managing both in house and sub contract employees
A proven track of delivering projects on time, to budget and with a strong H&S record
You’ll need to be prepared to travel between sites however the sites are all located within Greater Manchester/Lancashire
