Facilities Administrator - Part Time 25 hours per week. Monday-Friday 9.30 am to 3.00 pm (including 30 minute lunch break) We are looking for an Administrator to join our Facilities Management Team based at Clock View Hospital. This is an important role within our team, providing administrative support to the Facilities Managers who are responsible for Facilities services across Two sites which include cleaning, site management, portering, catering and laundry. Duties will include maintaining training and annual leave records, processing orders and invoices and other general administration. You will be expected to have a high level of competency in Microsoft Office applications, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to prioritise your own workload.
